hybrid stepper motor

Hi ,does anyone know if i can drive a hybrid stepper with a drive  meant for a unipolar motor?

HI ,to be honest no definitive answers,my steppers are  6 wire nema 23 hybrids,running with bipolar drivers,the sketch and driver schematic i have is for  what i can tell 8 wire unipolar motors,i realy want to use what i have to hand,see attached schematic,cheers m3vuv.
