Does anyone have/know of a "list" of all the various packages in which chips come? The best would be a PDF or something that has them all and simple details of dimension stats, etc. with a diagram for each. Cheers. |

Each manufacturer tends to have a different set of specs. Jedec does maintain a list of outlines in JEP95, but I haven't ever seen a copy. The best thing to do is to search on each manufacturer's website for packaging specifications. If you're looking for a general overview, wikipedia has a couple articles which list package types and show samples of them. |

That's great Jwillis, thanks. I guess I'm just a spanner at Googling! Thanks forrestc I just wanted a typical list that I could have to hand rather than searching each time. |
