Title: identification smd components
Post by: stoica adrian on March 30, 2016, 09:01:46 pm
Hello,

I have in my hand these two  componets with the mark/code: .3AyJ, .3AJJ; on a SOT143 (TO 253),  SOT343 package, thus any one have an idea what these are?

The 3AY component is a 2sA1324Y  Si PNP transistor.  The 3AJJ doesn't appear in anything I have.  Usually if you go onto Google and type in the number followed by "smd" you can get the device information.  Fro example, type "3AY smd" (without the quotes).  Recheck the number on your 3AJJ part.  I even checked 3AJ but nothing came up there either.  Could be a manufacturer specific number.
