Identify chip
« on: November 07, 2024, 07:40:48 pm »
Hi!

Would anyone recognise this chip. From what I can see it says 31D F7 but Google produces nothing from this. The chip appears to drive a bank of LEDs and is from a car tail light board.

Any insight into what it is and a suitable replacement would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Jon

Would be nice to know where all those pins go, bigger perspective.

Dunno about part number but it's either dial BJT or dual mosfet which can be figured out by using multimeter in diode mode.
