If you read far enough down the page on the link supplied, you'll see that's exactly what it is.

You'll void the warranty on $5,000 USD product (that's the actual price).!!!
AQ claims those black poly caps with "AQ" were custom made by a military contractor. Supposedly, FWIW, formed while charged. There's video on YouTube about it, I think.

Mil spec components are made by normal manufacturers, but to higher standards.

Sometimes this means closer manufacturing tolerances, wider SOA margins, or hardening against various radiations by adding shielding, as often as not it's just hand selecting components from the regular production line.
