identify voltage regulators from TV LED board TNP4G549

(1/1)

nickeevblog10:
AYI is the first clue I have to go on and will post photos of the different voltage regulators I want to test and possibly replace.
It seems AYI no longer manufactures these parts because I can not find them on the internet anywhere.
Part numbers on the different voltage regulators are: AYI 17NF 2 5 63181 316 and  w29E20 5873 m1317 D6
Since beginning this post to check on my research for these voltage regulators/diodes (made me think a bit) I have learned how to test these and now looking at replacements but still not sure about the specifications of these parts.
These parts are TO252-3 packages?
Any help will be much appreciated.

These project I reported in an earlier post checking other parts on the TV LED board here https://www.eevblog.com/forum/beginners/a-kind-of-diode/msg1996220/#msg1996220

Nerull:
The logo you deciphered as "AYI" is ST, a pretty major brand. The ST17NF is an N-channel MOSFET.

The W29E200 looks to be a rectifier diode, possibly a Chinese copy of this: http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/302/BYW29E-200-354845.pdf

I can only find the exact part number on random chinese resellers and none of them seem sure what it actually is: https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB103VDSpXXXXXcaVXXq6xXFXXX9/1PCS-W29E20-TO252-IC.jpg

Thanks so much.
Now that I see ST I think I have seen ST somewhere recently while searching but I did not see AYI anywhere in a Search of eevblog forum, thank you.
Have a good Christmas*
