Identifying a 3-terminal SMD component marked "EATH"
« on: April 10, 2024, 12:44:21 pm »
Searching for "EATH" in google or other engines is hopeless because of false positives.

I have no idea where these components came from, but I have two of them in my parts box, and they're packed in their original SMD tape. Was wondering what it could be.

3 terminals (pins). Dimensions: 6.9 mm x 1.4 mm x 1.3 mm. Perhaps something high-voltage because of the elongated shape? Multiple diodes in series?

Measures open circuit when tested for R, L, C, D.
