Title: Identifying Semiconductors from component markings
Post by: TPI on November 13, 2013, 01:41:04 am
When trying to identify an unknown components (SMD device ussally) is there a way to determine the part number from the component marking.
Im referring more so, to the smaller packages where all they might have is a bunch of letters like "CCR" so trying to search only with that will be near impossible.
Can these alpha-numerical codes be decoded to reveal the manufactuers part number ?

Whilst on the topic is anybody is able to identify these two components only marked with APGB and the other ABEC they are a 20pin QFN package and I belive them to be regulators.
