IGBT TYCO P2081B03

Hello, I am new in this forum.
I have a Fronius Transpocket 1500 welding machine. The IGBT bridge has broken
Attached a photo, it is the Tyco P281B03 model. I've searched the internet for this model but can't find anything.
Where could I find a spare part, or its datasheet or its equivalent.

I think it's a customized IGBT gate made by the manufacturer of this particular machine only. We can't buy any replacement for this.
