its pulled out from china cheap DSO probe (with sheathing removed). we can solder small PCB (Probe Compensation) in there. what is the name (keyword)? and where to get some similar to this supply? thanks.

Yep. Part you can't get unless you order 10000 or more pieces in factory that are able to manufacture such.

nice and thanks. but i need something that a coax cable can be soldered directly into, with few modification it can be done, probably much better at fixing the pcb from random rotation, like my attempt many years ago that i dig from drawer just to take a picture (unfinished diff probe) pcb is just to enable 50 ohm termination and disable it with a switch...

Oh :) Just buy whole probe then. US $9.64 for two 100MHz probes:

yeah thats one of the option, i've thought of that :D consider that as a $4 part. not much fun though stripping those apart for mass production purpose.. putting my custom pcb in and mould it back with suitable shaped plastic. the coax cable and probe head can be stored and reused for other purpose. if not because i want to use small 1.13mm OD coax for this project i can reuse the probe's coax cable as well, save me some effort in cutting cables and soldering to the adapter. ps: thats where i got the adapter shown in the OP in the first place.

Shouldn't be, hell we've had probes with compensation boxes on the BNC fitting like forever !

Would a bulkhead version work for you Mech ?

I am pretty sure i saw BNC machined connectors similar to those shown at the beginning if this thread. I think it was a chinese account on Ali that was selling RF connectors and there was a myriad of designs they had including those ones.

meh, my pcb wont fit anyway. maybe i need to think more on how to mod the 2 upper connector/adapter... (attached) but more creative and artistic works.

if only i know the keyword. i tried to search "bnc adapter |connector | pcb | probe" in aliexpress and got dissapointed, added with my ISP having bad days lately making surfing experience abysmal.

what kind of bulkness the bulkhead is? if its just 2 connectors back to back, then no. i need something i can put a small pcb inside, the closest thing is shown by Richard, and the not so brilliant "stripping from china probe" solution as suggested by odgen (and was my idea too)

fwiw, the 2nd attachment is my current prototype using the middle adapter on the 1st pic, but the pcb wiggles too much and surely easy to snap during normal usage. and the thread make it significantly longer than it should be. the more compact the better but well, maybe someone will ask... custom design your adapter and send to fab house... $$$

Ohh, tiny. Yep that's a bulkhead fitting.  :-+
OK that gives a really good idea of what you need.  :)

Still looking.....

as you see in 1st attachment of my last post, i have a bunch of that, one shown on the top picture among the 3 connectors. i think i've finished browsing for "bnc connector" in aliexpress without finding even close to what i expected in the OP. one of it maybe this, as an idea...

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32322109573.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.44.519146acsMr8V6
it has that whitish silicone where we can lay and glue the pcb on, less wiggling i suspect, and the connector body seems easy to solder to a custom shaped metal to cover the pcb and coax cable. but unfortunately its the female bnc. if its male it will be nicer than the picture you showed. the one you showed, it needs more special shaped metal to fit in due to  the 4 "spokes". maybe i can break those if no other better alternative. and find squared U (custom made) shape metal to solder together, my CNC is under construction, when completed? i dont know. ;D

Or if your PCB and the components can be squeezed into really small, other alternative, those cheap metal BNC 50 Ohm feed thru terminators.

Pretty sure with your creativities shown above, you can cut the middle pins and soldered a pcb with components on it.

Its plenty at AliExpress, and the metal quality is pretty decent.

The thought I had was to use 2 of the mounting spokes to lay along the PCB and be soldered on like done with SMA connectors. I understand that might need a PCB respin and if you're using double sided solder 2 of the mounting spokes to the underside and bend the center pin down onto the PCB.

I'll look some more later .......

Interesting BNC male pull lug connector on Alibaba:

Looks like you could screw it to a PCB, maybe you can find it on Aliexpress from its description.

no need respin because that was one of the plan, to solder both sides of pcb to the spokes, so its perfectly fine. the problem is when i try to figure out 3d printed object how to mate to the connector's body, it has very little contact to glue or to push in together, another 2 spokes at the top and bottom will make things more complicated. i printed one enclosure for that but doesnt stick very well. the threaded connector pictured above with 3d printed parts is better since i can hold tightly one plastic part with the nut, and another part will just slide in firmly, but the problem is, its kind of ugly and longer. the connector with 4 spokes is shorter hence better since the point i solder the pcb is directly after the bnc ring, so i make neater appearance to the probe end, but not without the mentioned problem. maybe i try to break the top and bottom spoke and see how it goes.

Interesting BNC male pull lug connector on Alibaba:

yeah maybe another option to try. the metal cylinder enclosing the dialetric can be used to mate the plastic or metal part enclosure, but it looks similarly long with the threaded version that i have. thanks.

good idea, i will search again for the "50 Ohm feed thru terminators" i have one feed through modded from an attenuator, can fit in a small pcb. the problem is, its quite heavy metal and drilling two holes on the side for variable capacitor and trimpot adjustment can be difficult. its weight can snap the 1.13mm OD coax to pieces. i'll try the lighter version. i saw a neater version of this attenuator but i KIV due to the female BNC end that i have to cut and mod if i choose that version... this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32843747781.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.3fdd17364HQAe8&algo_pvid=bbf64dad-d1ac-4757-ade6-787e7f790242&algo_expid=bbf64dad-d1ac-4757-ade6-787e7f790242-0&btsid=63f5cf92-23b7-418f-9823-da11707d7dae&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_9,searchweb201603_53 but $6 is on the high side figure of a price. or maybe i just use that as is, only to put my pcb inside, drill holes on the plastic enclosure, so the probe part is separated only consisting BNC connector directly to coax. but a probe with few parts is less elegant imho, i'll keep the idea as a last resort. there are many alternatives already, but i'm looking for better, neater and more compact solution. this is for my compact probe project, small head, small cable, and the connector should be as small as possible too, i even name the project as "neat probe"  ::) for hand free probing fwiw.

Why dont you check Alibaba listings of scope probe offerings, sort out some actual manufacturers and ask them about connector?
