Title: Inductor identification

I have an inductor and not much experience identifying them.  Online guides have only helped with some of the codes.   It is inline in an audio signal, is there anything I should beware of when selecting a replacement?

I gather that it is 1 uH, and K=10%?   But I'm not sure about the rest, or the significant of the O or O after the uH.

I don't know much about inductors, but I wonder about the significance of the 75/41.  The resistance measured .4 ohms.  I'll have to get a few and experiment, but it looks like it shouldn't be too difficult to identify a few "typical" high frequency filter inductors for the audio spectrum.
