Is an Philps PM3055 60MHz worth 30 euro

Yes, if it works. Cosmetically it looks in nice condition, the front anyway. The guide price around here is around £1 per MHz (that might be $ or EUR though).

thank you for the reply, now i just need to find a good soldering iron/ station that's ESD safe but also doesn't have too steep an price
