Pic mcu not responding when sharing ground with other devices.

Hi,
I am not sure what is happening here. I am able to program mcu from a pickit3 without any problem, but when I connect ground of this mcu to grounds of other devices(caps, nmoss, buck converter, ground of high power led, boost converter), it just stops responding. All other devices operate without a problem.

Do you have decoupling caps near the mcu's power inputs?
