Title: Is it possible to hook up an ATX PSU and an Xbox 203W PSU in series

Hey there is it possible to hook up an dual rail ATX PSU +12v1 22A +12V2 20A with a 203W Xbox PSU 12V 17A in series to get 24V for a 3D printer

The ATX PSU will be ground-referenced, not sure about the Xbox one but if it is then you can't.

Do you mean ground referenced as in the mains have ground and BTW the Xbox PSU has no ground on mains but the ATX PSU does

Then it will be fine. I know in the US at least, xbox PSUs do not have an earth pin, so they must float.
