I am looking an equivalent replacement from well known manufacturers like TI, OnSemi, ST etc.. Need not be a pin to pin match. |

I was trying to find an equivalent chip recently, too. The closest I found is the RT9480 (Richtek). You can order it from Digikey. Compared to the TP5410 (and the functionally equivalent TP5400) it is much more expensive ($3.40 >> $0.20), but the RT9480 has a lot more built-in functionality, especially regarding protection functions. I ended up using the TP5400 (sourced from LCSC) because I needed only a few devices and didn't care for future availability. |
