Hello everyone,
I have tesla coil with 17k turns with resonance frequncy about 3khz.
I would like to know which chip i should use  instead of ir2153 in schematic.
IR2153 would be deadly. 50% on 3khz. I might see some fotons in visible spectrum =).

* I will modify schematic for chip. No need to worry about pins connection etc
Thanks everyone for help.

No one knows?
I am searching but i just cant find any. I dont want variable duty cycle through feedback on load.
Hm maybe tl494 could do that job

i know its a bit late but anyway, of you connect to ground the pin3 of the ir2153 it power off the output, so you can try connect pin3 with a ne555 and thus reducing the duty cicle with it, but how the hell you have a coil with 17thousands of turns? it will dont work, you need about 800-1600 turns
