Hi!
I have a small electronics design company and found to be valuable to be iso9001 compliant.
We started from documenting processes in Confluence and it works Ok for documents so far. As for PCBs and products, we make(small quantities) I can not find a proper tool to track them, track modifications, defects, etc... everything that is iso9001 require for internal assets and customer products tracking.
What do you guys use?

Remember, iso9001 does not imply anything about the quality of the final product, only that you are using the same process for each unit, each time, & have a paper trail that says so.
You can make a terrible product which is impeccably iso9001 compliant.
I worked for a company which was wildly enthused about becoming compliant, but had real problems with their process & ultimate product, but refused to fix them, as that would make their process less "trackable".
I left before they achieved compliance.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm more talking about something which would allow me to track all equipment like for example oscilloscopes and schedule their service or calibration times. It can be done with some stickers of course, but I would like to put everything in a single database, setup notifications and person responsible, who will get notifications. It would be also good to link it to our processes description in Confluence.
Also, our customer requires their materials and equipment tracking which would be also nice to put into the same system....
