Is anyone knows the manufacturer logo or the real part number of the transistor in the image?

I couldn't find anything ad-hoc, but could it be a bog standard 7805? Looks like it is near some input connector on the left.

It's a TRIAC from Hutson Industries (defunct).

I assume you're repairing a PACE station? I replaced it with BTA06-600B and it works fine. Any standard triac should work, just make sure it supports Q4 since the electronics seems to be using Q1-Q4. Also check the 0R1 2W wirewound resistor that is between the triac and the heater. Mine turned out to be 3R and had to be replaced as well.
