Jelly Bean Alternative to AD5424YRUZ-REEL7

Hi,

I'm new here. Hope I found the right place to ask my questions.
I am currently searching for a fast DAC.

I need an affordable alternative for the AD5424YRUZ-REEL7, that is always available.
Basically I need a fast 8 to 12 bit DAC up to 10 MHz output Bandwidth, with a voltage supply of 3.3 V. No serial interface because I need a high frequency sinus or pulse at the output. No DDS IC because I want to be flexible, considering my output signals.

What about uCPU with integrated DAC? Stm32F4 series could run DAC-12 bits at 10 msps. Linearity is worse than 1LSB, check it out.
