This is a silly question, but is the PSU set for North American 110V if "110V" is visible? Or if the switch is moved to the side that is labelled "110V"?

Visible voltage label shows the active setting. So for NA you should see "110 V".

Thanks. That was my assumption, but sometimes the obvious is never obvious! It arrived set to 220V.

My KORAD KA3005D doesn't have selector at all. It is 220V only

When the mains input is transformer, you can measure primary winding resistance. On 110V it will be lower, on 220V - higher. That is a useful sanity check.
