Sounds about right.  Yeah, I mean, measure Vsec at the same time, it's gonna be the same ratio right? :)

OK, next I will rectify and filter and will load it to see how much power I can get out of it.
I have a wall power meter, but it doesn't measure power factor. Can I estimate it by comparing the power draw at the load vs the power draw at the wall, or will all readings be strictly real power?

Full bridge rectifier plus 100uF filter cap are in... and I have a whopping 17W of no load power draw at the wall. Seems like a lot, doesn't it? No load DC voltage is 310V, and it drops to 278V with a 10K ohms load. That's actually better than the simulation. There the voltage drops to 259V DC with the same 10K load.
