Title: laser diode 3d model in altium

Hello,

I want to add 3D model of a 4 or 5pin laser diode in altium. But I can not find it. Would you say to me where can I find it?

Are you looking for the way to add the 3D model (STEP file) to altium, or are you looking for the step file?

You open the footprint, click the menu place-> 3D body.
If it is a component from the online altium libraries, you have to download it first.
