I have run boards down to -55C without problems and we destructively tested them down to −196C (liquid nitrogen) temperatures without issues. The only way you will really find out is to do destructive vibration testing inside of an environment chamber to see what breaks first. You may need to qualify components for operation outside of their specified temperature range. |
