LED driver specifications

Hello

There is a specification of a led driver that I don't understand. It's about a TPS61196-Q1.

What does that mean "400mA pulse output"???

It can supply a 400mA for a very short length of time, but only 200mA continuously. The duration of the pulse and the length of time between pulse should be specified elsewhere on the data sheet.
