LED Pot lights, UL/ETL listed vs cheap non UL

Hello,

So I purchased 4 LED pot lights

The first two are super cheap 3$ a piece including one with fake UL listing

The two other are 8$ a piece and 14$ a piece.

Are the two cheap ones actually missing any safety components ? And are they fire risk  ?
