LVDS Touch Display Interface

I'm trying to interface a Gateworks ventana board which has a 30 pin connector with a Displaytech LCD touch display with LVDS interface. The display has one ribbon that has 6 interface signals attached to the controller and another ribbon with 40 interface signals. I've read through the datasheets a little, but I'm not really sure what to do. How do I connect my board to my display?
