If it's just one part, solder it on yourself.
That's a maybe, but I'm trying to set up a small assembly line and would do that only as a last resort.
Actually what I may do is use a
DW01S even though it's designed for Li-Ion, because the low cutoff voltage and overcurrent are my only real concerns. The charger IC handles the high voltage cutoff and is the only way path by which power can enter the cell, so it's not an issue that the DW01 would not stop overcharge. I can't find an English datasheet, but Google Translate did the job well enough.
