Title: Linear CCD (uPD3732) control - do I understand it correctly?

I'm trying to understand how to interface this linear CCD to an e.g. Arduino.

This is the timing chart of the interface:

Nowhere I can find any information how to control the exposure time. Is TG responsible for that?

Regarding the read - I clock the pixels with 1 and 2 clocks (sort of differentially), latch it with RB tied to CLB and then put SHB low, so I can read the Vout?
