Hi, i have two cores that i took out of some motors and i'm wondering if i can use them to make some transformers, or other things. What can i do with them? Maybe cutting the edges in the center just to have a regular surface? Any ideas?
Thanks!

I think these formats will end with meager results and waist some good magnet wire.

Hack apart an old microwave oven and borrow a die grinder to break the welds - now that's a core.
