What are the layout foot print dimensions of SLG59M1599V

Hello ,

I am planning to use SLG59M1599V in an application. But I am unable understand the layout drawing from the datasheet. In layout suggestion, red dotted lines are given around  IC foot print. Someone please explain the significance of dotted lines.

Left is the shape of the pads on the device, Right is recommend pad area, if your PCB pads match the red dotted rectanges., then you have matched the datasheet land pattern
