Programming MAX3949 Laser Driver IC (Solved)

i've setup everything, give pulses to it, set the TX_EN to 1 means transmitter active. TXSTAT returns 0 means everything is fine, but i got no output to the 50 ohm load other than 50mVpp pulses, useless! what else to do? can someone help me on this?

ps: i read the Design Procedure but dont fully understand it. there are IMODMAX, SET_IMOD, MODINC and BIAS etc i'm not sure how they are implemented, and what unit is in the explanation. they are not explained in detail or as an example in practice. still reading it letter by letter, its like having brainfart moment. fyi i try to make another fast pulser using it.

got it! its all in those mentioned registers.. try and error is the key...
