Also, connect it to a cheap RPi (or alternative) so you could get a completely standalone scope! So no need for using your laptop, you put that on your bench with a power supply and that is it. --- End quote --- That is a nice idea, but I only have 1 arduino and 1 arduino clone at hand. I have toyed with the idea of buying a Raspberry pi because I wanted (and still want) to use Python to do various things :D. Jurgen |

Jurgen --- End quote --- a possible solution would be a RPi Zero with 10" screen + a SMPS module + wall adapter. Getting these component cheaply is possible which is nice. You could now search for a linux board which is very cheap aside from RPi... something that withstand Ubuntu since, I assume, the Owon software works on Ubuntu. |

This is a suggested setup: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Raspberry-Pi-Zero-Basic-Starter-Kit-Raspberry-Pi-Zero-W-Zero-1-3-Board-16G-SD/32835306636.html https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Best-Price-Original-3-5-LCD-TFT-Touch-Screen-Display-for-Raspberry-Pi-2-Model-B/32508151978.html ^ there are other screens if this one is not compatible with Pi Zero. |

Jurgen --- End quote --- I can't vouch for the quality of the Linux software but there is OpenHantek http://openhantek.org/ I haven't worked with Linux since Suse so I'm not familiar with the newer distros |

I have tried to find stuff locally but they usually have only high power stuff. And I think I have never seen LCDs for sale. Maybe I am looking in the wrong places! Jurgen |
