Looking for a very small Bluetooth receiver with amplifier

Hi I am looking for a very small Bluetooth audio receiver with a a built-in amplifier, preferably no bigger than about 15mmx40mmx4mm, something that could power a small speaker salvaged from a mobile phone or laptop. I thought I had found what I was looking for here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176827839202 but it appears to only output line-level outputs in spite of the title.

Edit: I think it is actually higher than line-level but still somewhat disappointing in terms of loudness. Nowhere near as powerful as my DFPlayer mini which is about the same size.
