looking for thyristor

found a decent product on ebay but is Ruttonsha International Rectifier any good of a brand to go with?

You haven't provided enough information. What voltage, current, package etc. do you require?

Check if they can provide samples for you're desired part but as mentioned before, be more specific for datasheet comparisson.
If one can make knowledge flow than it will go from negative to positve , for real

Ruttonsha International Rectifier (Headquartered in India) is  in "technical collaboration with International Rectifier Corp., USA, for manufacturing of Power Semiconductors". Apparently for the last 25 years .  I imagine there are standards they have to uphold to.
