MCP41HV51 digtial potentiometer

Hello

I use the mcp 41HV51 as a pot from 10V  but i only get from it 9,6V , i write 255 as max . Any ideas where or what to change ? the datsheet states it is rail to rail .

No clue .

Check "Full scale error" in the datasheet.
