MCU protection for motor driver

Hi,
I am driving a 12V DC motor with LV8548 motor driver IC, sometime the flash area of mcu is corrupted and some parameters in flash area is changed by itself. For protection the mcu, which components can be added? Would it be useful if I use CPDQC5V0U-HF tvs diode on the mcu pins? Or do you have any other suggestions? You can see my schematic from attached image.
