Med2000 Camera found - now what??

Hi everyone
Newbie to this forum. Hope you're all well.
I came across a med2000 camera (shown in the photos) about 2 years ago. It powers up but thats as far as I have got.
I've contacted meditherm a number of times but they are very reluctant to give me a copy of the wintes2/3 software.
The simple question is, how do I get access to the Wintes software and unlock code?
I note in previous threads that it can be circumvented inside to operate as a stand alone camera (in a restricted fashion), but I'd prefer to see if I can use it in its default way first (if possible).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
