Meeting for Search Data Sheets
« on: October 15, 2022, 05:43:19 pm »
Hello everyone!

I failed miserably with the famous search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc), please help me to mention these components. :scared: :scared: :scared:

I don't expect you to have multiple datasheets and be ready to scan them.

And besides, I have a bunch of datasheets to share in case there's something you're missing.

But I couldn't find anything from some datasheets, so they keep looking for the datasheets they recognize in the following list:

Adjustable Inductor with Magnetic Core, High Frequency Inductance Intermediate Coil "Sperferes 16 kHz, VOGT 524 01 015 00".

TV-66 = Transistor for Audio Amplifier

OR-101 = DIAC without data sheet, I need to know if it is equivalent to DB-3 or not?

SKR130/S and SKN130/S = Power Rectifier Semikron, if a datasheet shows only maximum voltage number, and I didn't find any letter "S" of maximum voltage or I don't know if "S" would be 400V or 600V, but I can't know which one.

T51A065005AQ (date 1970s) = Power Thyristor

Telefunken TLDR 5200 = LED Diode

Telefunken TAPV 5051 = Cylinder Red/Green LEDs Module

Telefunken TDBR 5150 = Alphanumeric LED Display

Siemens FZJ131 = Quad D Flip-Flops DTL

Telefunken (Temic) U3079M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 34 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3081M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 15 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3082M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 19 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3084M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 19 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3085M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 19 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3088M = Microcomputer Controlled Display Driver with 8 Outputs

Telefunken (Temic) U3090M = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U3091M = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U2000B = Timer for Electronic Flash

Telefunken (Temic) U2024B = Programmable Zero Crossing Switch

Telefunken (Temic) U2800B = Room-Thermostat Zero Voltage Switch

Telefunken (Temic) U6048B = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U639B = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U6039B = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U212B = Analog Processor for Speed and Torque Control of Electric Machine

Telefunken (Temic) U2351B = PWM Speed Control for Permanent Excited Motor

Telefunken (Temic) U2401B = Low Cost Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery Charger

Telefunken (Temic) U2501B = IR-FB Receiver Amplifier 20-50 kHz

Telefunken (Temic) U2507B = IR-FB Receiver Amplifier 20-50 kHz

Telefunken (Temic) U351M (U350M) = 10MHz FET Signal Switch

Telefunken (Temic) U450B1 = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U450B2 = ?

Telefunken (Temic) U3042M = Triple 10-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter - Dynamic Range 60dB

Telefunken (Temic) U222B = Car Engine Ignition

Telefunken (Temic) U2028B = Hall Effect - Magnetic Field Sensor - Electronic Car Engine Ignition

Telefunken (Temic) U2129B = Car Engine Ignition

Have you tried removing the "Telefunken (Temic)" part in your searches? probably so.

Try NTE or other substitution sources. And it is not like NTE brand substitutes, Once you find the NTE number typically have a couple of other brands with different part numbers. Really serious about matching the part? use those alternate numbers and find the datasheets.

There may be a way to actually find the original Telefunken (Temic) datasheets, however, I have used the above process for "unfindable parts" with success

Yes, for 2 years I was identifying these types without Telefunken in the searches but they didn't know the Telefunken brand (Telefunken Microelectronic = Temic).

Thanks for NTE; I think I found TV-66, it's NTE123AP, but could it be the same?

NTE fails to identify other types and there are no more types for NTE. It is impossible.

How have you used the process?

The truth is that I have a lot of new unused components and I don't do anything without data sheets, I don't even know how the Telefunken data sheets work and describe.

If you know the years those parts were manufactured, sometimes you can find them in yearly data sheet books that may have been scanned in their entirety and put online.
Where does all this test equipment keep coming from?!?

TV-66 = NTE123AP there is a data sheet <- OK

They answered me in other forums.

TLDR 5200 = they answered me; this type doesn't exist <- OK

Is there any news for data sheets for TMS3763 (DIP-40) and other TMS3763-28 (DIP-28)?

Thanks for your answers.

People,

I identified a chip type "LP1610-01S" (SOP8)

There are some datasheets that confuse me, but I don't know this type.

I want to know what it is.

Greetings.

What is the name of the mysterious logo of a semiconductors company?

Is the MOSFET Driver, Switch IC, Current Mode PWM Controller or 1 Channel High Surge TVS Diode???

I have searched for this logo for many, many hours, and I found a "LANDP" logo, it was "Wuxi Chip Hope Micro-Electronics Ltd", but actually "Shenzhen Chip Hope Micro-Electronics Ltd" (Chip Hope) from China.  :box:

I don't know why it's hard to recognize this logo. And so far I'm done looking for it.  8)

I can't read or write in Chinese. If you know Chinese, you can help me with English translation. But I don't trust Google Translate itself with bad words.  :wtf:

I ask you for a data sheet LP1610-01S to know what it was, and you can send an email and be ready.

Greetings.  :-+
