Hi.
I want to use BJT transistor for my project. what is their features? what company makes it?
what types(PNP or NPN) is better and easy to use?

I'd suggest you start by reading some basic literature like The Art of Electronics.

Seems useful. Especially appreciated are some simple circuit examples.
It's always an inspiration to learn if you can actually start by easily making something small/simple that works, just to spark further interest.

A simple simulator also helps to visualize things such as "what happens when I change the resistance".
I would suggest this one: http://www.falstad.com/circuit/circuitjs.html - on the basis that it is simple to use and visualize things.
