Mosfet gate voltage

I need to repair laptop that may have faulty mosfet. The mosfet  is marked  like
_
3 D

 (3 with a line over it and then D )

or another also with E like
_
3 E

(the second line is like 3ITA or maybe 31TA)

Anyone knows what transistor is it?



 5V  is coming  to gate on mainboard ( maybe because of a fault on the mainboard but maybe because it is P-channel.

In case it were P-Channel mosfet, if I use 19V to gate, will the mosfet survive?

What is the package and what is the MOSFET supposed to do?
Did you measure it to be defective?

They are the first and second power mosfet in 19V power rail

Find the chip driving the mosfets.  Check out it's datasheet.  Look at the datasheet for the TI BQ25720 for an example.

@JustMeHere: The chip is  BD8616  I tried to find the datasheet  but unfortunatelly I could not find it
