Ok so im a bit stuck with finding a faulty mosfet replacement for a power amp im repairing.
The faulty one states the following on the front: "IRFP250N 811P E1 (over pin 1) B5 (over pin 3)"
I can find a lot of mosfets with "IRSP250N". However, I am wondering if the "811p" and the "E1 & B5" have any significant meaning? as I cant seem to find anything online
Any help would be great.
Thanks a lot.

IRFP250N the rest is just date code and assembly location.
