Hi guys anybody know what this component is? The phone motherboard seems to have lots of them but I have been unable to find any wiring diagrams or schematic for any phone.
-
They are u.fl connectors.
Although if this is a phone, they may be some smaller version, but the idea is the same - RF connectors.

Thank you ataradov, although I'm totally clueless I didn't think they are rf connectors, the tops do look like the same basic shape as connectors but seeing them in person they don't have any clip on mechanism. Also there is atleast 4 in that picture alone, so I don't think any phone manufacturer would put so many unpopulated connectors on a tight motherboard
Could they be some kind of antennas?

There are also similar style RF test points too. They allow connection of the test equipment. They may be used for manufacturing. They act as switches, redirecting the signal from the real antenna into the test port. Given their proximity to the real antenna connectors, this is like it.
They are not antennas, for sure. If you can get a better picture, it may be easier to recognize them.

Yeah, those are test switches. Something similar to this https://www.mouser.com/new/murata/murata-swg-rf-test-probes/ (https://www.mouser.com/new/murata/murata-swg-rf-test-probes/)
