Help - Mail relay USA to UK

Hi all,
   I am trying to buy this item from a US ebay seller. It is the original software set for Motorola's DSP chips. The cost is only 25 dollars and the seller has already paid USPS postage. I have already contacted them but no response. Is anybody willing to work with me on this?

Do you not have businesses that do this?

Singapore Post (vpost) offer this to Australia from a bunch of different countries including the US and UK, not sure if they offer services between the US and UK though

I'm pretty sure that parcel forwarder companies are a thing. Do a search.
