Determining ability of MSP430FR6989 GPIO to source/sink current

Hey, I am using the MSP430FR6989 to control the duty cycle of an RGB led. I have the RGB cathodes connected to GPIO with the CCRx registers of Timer B multiplexed to those pins. I am connecting the common anode to the 3.3 supply of the GPIO. I am trying to figure out how to determine the typical current sink/source of the GPIO to determine the resistors that should be used between the cathodes and GPIO. The forward voltages of the RGB are respectively 1.8,2.8, and 2.8. I've been looking through this data sheet for a while now and am not finding what I am looking for.

This information is available on the datasheet, if you don't need a very bright rgb, This is a very low power cpu, target to be used with LCD, Datasheet says 2 ma MAX, If you want more use a transistor

What table did you view to find this on the datasheet?

Look at page 48 and 49. By the looks of the graphs, output impedance is 15 to 20 ohms.
3v in, 20mA out gives you about 1.75v on the output pin
