Need a low profile pin connector

I've got an Arduino Uno with a 7 segment display shield attached to it. I'll be building an enclosure for it but I need to hook up wires to some of the female pin headers above and below the display. Thing is I need these connections to be as low profile as possible so the display can be flush with the front of the enclosure.

I've tried looking on digikey but there are thousands of connectors and unfortunately I don't know what keywords to use to narrow my search. Suggestions?
