Need help finding an ultrasonic Sensor Driver/IC

Hi all

I have found some ultrasonic sensors that suit my specifications.

Looking for suggestions on ultrasonic driver ICs.
Need to be able to range from 3cm to 10-15m and at a 1cm resolution (at least for the first 10m).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
