Need help finding off-the-shelf White LED step-up converter for small LCD screen

Hi, I'm trying to power the backlight for small (5"-ish inches) "raw" LCD modules. I'm trying to test out four different screens with the following requirements:

1. 18.2V and 40mA
2. 18.6V and 40mA
3. 24V and 40mA
4. 30V and 40mA

And my input voltage is eventually going to be a lithium cell, so 3.3 - 4.2V input.

I've been able to find individual IC's like the LT1932 and the AP5726, but someone suggested that I buy an already assembled converter to make it easier on myself.

I've been unable to find step-up converters with similar power specs, so I was hoping if any of you fine folks knew of boards that I could get that fit the bill?
