NEED HELP I have a new Atten PPS3005S and do not know-

I have a new Atten PPS3005S and do not know how to use the settings on it the paper that came with it is not any help. I am building laser driver boards, And need to be able to set the volts & current to say 2.8  Volts & 160ma, stuff like that. I have a better power supply coming from Madell that I believe connects to a computer so that will be nice. But I still need to know how to use this one. Can anyone Explain how this thing works?
