Need help identify LDO component SOT-26 FN5FST

Hello, I am looking for help with the identification of an SMD LDO in SOT-26 or TSOT-26 design.

The LDO still seems to be working as you can still hear the switching frequency (where I can with my old ears)  :o

I can make out FN5FVT as a marking, on a second (working) pcb it says FN5FST.

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the LDO?
