Hi guys,
I've been doing these pcb-strips from videogame consoles for quite a while now, you may download my scans at full 600dpi resolution from my dropbox here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/w8fv38h2xrett7x/AABkX7Z1ZcIsq6W8taO3I_Qma?lst=Right now I'm creating a full schematic of the first-revision Game Boy Advance and I need help identifying some components please.
After the schematic is finished I want to move the cpu, sram and cartslot to an fpga-dev-board so my focus is not only to identify but also find available components for these.
Here's the first candidate that gives me a headache:
Microchip-branded M 144 (someone else mentioned an M 121 on his pcb)
It's a power-controller that has to be related to voltage switching between 5V and 3.3V on the GBA.
And the same IC from another pcb:
Next is an SMD-transformer:
Found another one on another board labelled 247 and 70.
These are all transistors, diodes and other SOT-ICs that I can't find:
Would be just great if somebody could point me to some info,
thanks!
